    I don't own him so I can't really say on practical grounds
    But on based upon videos and my allymates who use him he is solid champ if played right. R5 if you have cats expiring or you have other comics at r5 already

    If you love him. He needs a lot of ramp up but if you really like him and dig his play style go for it. But I f your main focus is to progress as quickly and easily as possible then save the resources for another champ. I really like him but I’m not ranking mine up until I have extra resources to spare and then I’ll do it for fun.
