Anyone else having issues on the rewards?

I was playing with my second account, and after a completed a mission on the side quest event, the catacombs one. I completed a path, but didn't get the reward of the path.

Epic I got the rewards, heroic I did not. Check your inventory as it might just be a visual glitch.

It seems to be a visual glitch. I got the rewards on my inventory.
