huge crystals bug

10 minutes ago I bought basic 5 star crystal and before to open it,it's suddenly disappear. The crystal is gone now. What the hell is this??????

It's not a bug. For the crystals bought with artifacts, they have moved it to your shard crystals section.

They no longer appear in the first tab, if you bought it from incursion artifacts. It will appear with your shard crystals in the second tab.
