Force Of Will Node (Act 6.2.4)

I was Looking at the nodes for the Kingpin Boss in Act 6.2.4, and Force of Will describes "The Defender is Immune to Ability Accuracy Reduction Passives and Debuffs". Does this mean that he is immune to all Debuffs and Passives and Ability Accuracy Reduction or does this mean that I cannot lower his Ability Accuracy with Debuffs and Passives? Thanks Everyone.
