Phone transfer locked me out

I recently transferred my data between two iPhones, the newest being an SE 2020. Since the transfer, MCOC says 'failed to log in' on BOTH devices, the original and the new. I can still access the game through Bluestacks on my laptop but obviously that's less than ideal. If anyone has encountered being locked out of mobile devices as a result of a data transfer please let me know how you got it resolved.
Here's some specs about the situation:
Reinstalling mcoc on new phone failed to solve issue
Restarting new phone failed to solve issue
I believe my previous game may have done something with Game Center, which cannot be accessed for some reason on my new device.
For the record, on the new device I consistenly get a 'What's New in Game Center' notification from my phone, then the game proceeds to not log in.
I also recently made the push to Cavalier for the July 4th offers, so any swiftness in getting this resolved would be greatly appreciated!
I'll end with saying I love this game and really enjoy playing it, so it'd mean a lot to get access on my phone up and running again!
