Why same champ in different accounts responding differently?

I am using Hyperion against rough and after sp2 in one account I manage to stun her for few seconds but in other account having same mystery setup, I am facing different response as not being able to make her stun after using sp2..
Any explanation why ?
Specially to dealers of Kabam plz could you explain why ?
