Ruin the meta champs.

How would you nerf the current meta champs?
For eg, a sort of timer on ghost's phasing.
Quake's concussion goes from 100% to 85%

This is not a request, just a discussion to what changes would make them annoying to use.

1) It doesn’t state debuff.

2) When released her heavy concussion wasn’t a debuff it was just there allowing her to evade while charging. It wasn’t for like a full 6-8 months after her release that it became an actual effect/debuff when they added an icon for her heavy charge to prevent interactions with Archangel/immunities well after her release.

3) Working as intended.

Shehulk has her furies capped at 50. Each fury increases damage by 10% of base attack instead.

Hyperion's power gain has half of the normal potency. Fury chance in heavies reduced to 20%.

Ghost phase has a cooldown, it's 6 seconds. You reset it if you land a hit.

Yeah People Need to Use him more. I have like 5 Rank 5s and Iceman is my 2nd R5. He is always used because of Triple Immunity and good burst damage. Also Ice Armor comes in Clutch
