Dear Team,
I've been experiencing this :-MS_ID_UI_Ok_ERROR_TITLE.
An unknown error has occurred please try again later .

And as soon as I get this I can't do anything and my game crashes down and goes to.home screen. It appears when I try to play any Arena, Event Quest And Story Quest. Because of this Error I cannot complete anything.. please help me with this ASAP.!!!!


This Error is been there From the Past 2 weeks. And I've requested so much help on Emails and posted on Forums too but No reply even once.

This is happening since the new update that came out in June 2021.( Ie. 31.1.1 )

    Hi, @IAMKLAUS_07 - when it comes to in-game crashing, we ask users to submit a detailed bug report in either the dedicated Android or iOS lag/crash/performance investigation threads, depending on your device.

    Please provide as much information as possible, using the template provided in the first post of each thread.
