Extra Legent Title for Blade Event?

There is a regen nerf on mephisto a few days after the start of blade event. Some players did legend run before the nerf and some after, and the content difficulty for those players are not consistent.
To make it fair, will kabam award extra legend title for this month's event?
(there are precedents that kabam rewarded extra legend titles to make it fair when unexpected issues happened during the midway, such as march 2017 x-enforcers event where extra 100 titles were given and august 2016 Terrigenocide: Part 2 event where extra 17 titles were given)
