Recovery time of champs

Anyone else have issues where the defending champs recovers from specials and heavies ungodly fast like in a few fights as soon as my specials ended they were already in my face attacking ….. there was no recovery time as there should be. I’ll record every fight from here out to hopefully have it happen again. I’m sure it will.
