How good is Stark Spidey?

With all buffs that have come to the contest, is he still a R5 option the days? I have Ghost, HB, Guilly 2099, Punisher 2099 and Guardian all r5 or 6*r2, and am going to rank another tech, Ultron, Vulture or Starky, still have some Variants left to clear and act 6 to explore and completed 7.2 won't be exploring anytime soon.
