Which two 6* champs should I take to R2?

Go with whoever you like the most. In all honesty, you literally couldn’t go wrong with any of these.

Warlock first and foremost. Next to that whoever you like the most but personally I love CGr

Thats a tough call for sure, but i would sway the decision based on content or progression you are actively working on.

I have all 4 of these characters as 6*R2, except my CGR is R3. (Reason being is because the t5cc cosmic formed before the others)

But if I absolutely had to put a priority on these based on character alone:
1. Warlock
2. CGR
3. Sunspot
4. CAIW (unless you have 150+ sig level, then swap places with sunspot)

Warlock and CAIW. Coz CAIW has an advantage with Tech champ in the team . So go for it
