Best counter for Abyss Luke Cage?

I have seen a lot of posts recommending shehulk and stealthy as best counters. Is shang chi the best counter nowadays?

    I believe he is a top option, though I’ve never used him as I don’t have one.

    Stealthy. It can be done shotted. I had one run against him where I only used 2 revives.

    All three are great options. Shang chi is the fastest but most dangerous, stealthy is the slowest but most safe, she hulk is in between for both categories.

    She-hulk is the fastest option but Stealthy and Shang-Chi are easier
