HELP - Which 6 star Mutant to take to R3?

I already have Colossus as a max 5/65 sig 200. Given how diverse the game is going I'm trying to limit the amount of duplicate champs but Colossus may be too good not to R3. I do like Prof X but would prefer him to be awakened before I R3 him. With regard to Sunspot, I don't appear to see him being as useful in newer content but could be wrong. I'd also note that I already have Red Mags at R3 and both AA and Apoc as max 5/65 sig 200 so even if I defer Colossus, I would have the same redundancy issue with AA and Apoc if I get them as 6 stars.

I love prof x and he is the best mutant there imo but collosus awakened can do a lot especially if you like him/use him a lot.
