Help deciding on who to awaken

Just got the 1k unit cache deal from thronebreaker offers and was wondering who I should use the gem on. I have enough class/generics to sig 200 either of these guys. My first thought is to use it on Cap IW as it looks like he will give bonus points in the upcoming solo event to which I can maybe snag another generic 5 star gem (hoping its generic) in which case I can take ghost up. What do you guys think?

Cap needs his sig at 200 waaaay more than Ghost does, so I would use the sig stones on him.

That being said, I would probably wait until after you know what you need him to do in the upcoming event before deciding. If you need his utility, awaken him. If not, maybe go with Ghost instead.

Cap is a great champion to have at max sig but he's not one that I use daily. I don't use Ghost daily either, but that's more of an "I suck at her playstyle" problem than a commentary on her usefulness.
