Can new TB access week 4 objective after week4 begins?

Basically the title. I’m 1% of a cosmic away from Angela making me TB, and I can access a new 10% nexus crystal tomorrow with the EQ. Would I be able to access the Thronebreaker objective for week 4 or what.
