Diablo’s poisons are not passive with kingpin synergy

New to the forums not sure where to post this, I was so excited for Diablo his synergy with kingpin turning his poisons into passive poisons but it’s not working. Is this a bug?

Curious to see this outcome. I love rolling with Kingpin and passive poisons would be huge.
