R3 unduped kingpin?

Well I’m sitting on 3 about to be 4 t5ccs, I can’t pull decent 6*s it seems (except for mutants) the only r3s
I have pulled the trigger on were havok and symsup so far. I made a skill t5c today, nick is meh without dupe, km at r3 unduped wouldn’t be much better than my maxed 5/65 so my question is would you guys pull the trigger on kingpin unduped to r3?

    When I say sitting on t5cs I mean tech, cosmic and about to be science as well, (not all skill) hulkbuster unduped is my best tech, would people suggest he is more worthy to r3 than kingpin?
