Why Do I Have Red Units? I Haven’t Violated Terms Of Service!

I was logging in tonight when I notice that I had a whopping 26k Red Units that came out of nowhere! As someone who has not violated terms of service, I am wondering if this is a bug or if I missed something? I recently spent $500 plus on this game and am very stressed! Please help!
