    I personally wouldn’t waste my valuable materials on either of them.

    If there was a gun to my head, I’d have to pick Hulk Rag, just because I’ve more experience with him.

    I wasn't super impressed with Diablo but I also wasn't super impressed with Falcon and he turned out to be amazing - I think i'd lean toward him but also strongly advise that you wait and see what the community at large thinks of him after some short time

    If you run suicides I would go Diablo. If not I probably wouldn’t rank either.
