Corvus persistent charge bug

Twice today in cav eq Corvus isn’t gaining charges. Just did cav eq 3.1, path with civil warrior, joe fixit, captain America, etc, still only had 1 charge showing (damage seems to be 1 charge worth too) after going through all 3 fights.

I dont remember the first path but thought i was just crazy but this is a bug

    Tech and an avenger? Is civil war not an avenger? My bad if so.
