Buff Diablo Bug?

please check gif ..i can use only third special attack(sp3) once and second time i cant use sp3 Why?
mean i can't use sp3 more than once.. this is any type of bug ??

It was stated in his buff that he can only do sp3 once a fight

It's not a bug. His sp3 is so overpowered, especially if you have 8 Vials of Might. It would be broken if he could use it more than once. If you have max mystic D you'd be able to stack them. I suppose they could've given him a weaker SP3 after the 1st time you use it, but that's not what they did. He only gets one. Read his abilities, SP3 clearly states "This attack can only be used once per fight."
