Multiple issues after update 32.0.0

There are multiple issues/bugs after update 32.0.0
1. Many users reported issue with parry and dex failing.

2. Defender's attacks are much faster than normal.
ex. Look at this video, AA's medium and light attacks are much faster than normal

3. Defender is able to get up much quicker after being knocked down.
ex. Look at this video, Storm X is able to get up even before CA IW finishes his heavy. She may even start attacking before you finish your heavy.

Defender throwing light/medium bug has expanded to many champs.
It is impossible to dex/dodge basic attacks from King groot, dormammu, gwenpool, rogue, and few other champs.

Yeah, I made a post a few days ago after some of my attacks whiffed the opponent where they shouldn't have been. Stuff like using a special attack to knock them down, then running up to them in order to beat into them only to end up missing and instead getting a beatdown myself.

Right before seeing this thread, I was in arena. I was facing King Groot and ran into an odd issue where I landed the first attack of my SP1 (playing as Taskmaster), only for him to regain his posture and dex back before I landed the SP1's next hit. That happened a couple of times that fight and made it incredibly annoying.
