Aq and war

I know this may not have an answer but felt the need to ask just in case so my team can plan ahead. With the parry bug ongoing, will aq be starting on time or delayed?
Also, normally we have a 2 week war offseason, but with early cancellation of last season and the present bug is the plan right now to still start the next season next week or is that expected to be extended?
I know it may be hard to say, but with war in particular, if the plan is to start the season next week if things are fixed soon, it would be nice to know so we can gameplan.
