Unknown issue doesn’t let me play the game

Today I flew to my vacation destination and upon arriving at my place here I connected to WiFi and tried opening the game , being greeted with the message you can see in the picture. I tried restarting the game multiple times - nothing helps. Have anyone ever encountered stuff like this ;being in a similar situation with traveling (I think it might be the reason) and how long did it take for this problem to resolve itself/ or what can one do to solve it?

    If it’s to any importance ( I don’t know, if Kabam has any political views which makes them restrict an access to the game in some regions ) but my vacations destination is Crimea.
