IS RED MAGNETO "working as intended?..."

I trashed last weeks' SOP DARKHAWK with a 6* Red Mags R2 in a single SP3....
So today I tried to do again since it was reset and I needed to get that 100% label on it too

And when I tried the damage was kinda reduced...I mean after I was done with SP3 he was still on 20%...

Also on Metal non-robot champs the Shrapnel Bleed stacks seems to be reduced too...like atleast by half or something


Is this a bug or a secret NERF?

Depends how many permanent prowess you had at the time you used sp3. I think at 18 permanent, plus the others you double, you can one shot darkhawk. I tried at 12 and it was not enough. I needed 3 more heavies to kill him
