Trying to submit a support ticket but I'm having trouble finding out where I would find this information, does anyone where I can find it? I am an android user.

    Google play store would have purchase history I presume. It also has achievements, so maybe check the date of the earliest one?

    The date of first download as well. You should get an email by purchase, check those
