Guillotine 2099 loosing her combo after S3

Dear Kabam,

During this AQ me and some members of ally discovered bug of character Guillotine 2099. During fight when you have no matter what combo if you give special attack 3, then after few seconds she is loosing her combo (no matter what action you do - parry, block, jump back, dex).
