Missing accounts

My friend and I tried to friend each other, but were unsuccessful because we couldn’t find each other’s accounts. He even joined my alliance, but to no avail he couldn’t find me nor some of my members. Has this happened to anyone else? His user is Kel-Chan

    Hey there, would you be able to confirm if these accounts were made recently? If they are brand new, they may take a bit longer to be fully searchable.

    The accounts were made awhile ago. However, my friend’s username was KelMasterr and he had recently changed it to Kel-Chan
