Ultron Sp1 cauterize not working

Is this happening for anyone else? After the bleeds get cauterized with the sp1, the cauterize only appears for the duration of the sp1 but dissapears after it. Is this a bug or how it is intended to be?

    That is how it is intended to be. Only the sp2 cauterize lasts after the special if you aren't using the hulbuster synergy. If you are using that synergy then it will last but otherwise it dissappears.
