Pi lower after rank up??

So I have little problem…

I ranked up my 6* r2 Domino with a pi of 12.760 to rank 3 and the pi has lowered back to 12.509

Why?

Thats because its a 2 star and the change isnt big enough to be visible

Because precision and cruelty masteries boosts PI less as you go up.
