Missing New 5* Featured crystal purchased from black iso market

I’m missing my 5* new features purchased crystal as I purchased the item in the black iso market. Went to open it and it wasn’t showing up in the crystals. I tried deleting the app and restarting to take and still no crystal. That’s 11,000 shards down the drain please let me know if anyone has experience a similar situation and I hope this can get resolved for everyone who has experienced this.
