Special attack not working

Been weeks with this bug which makes it impossible to use a special attack, its a pretty major issue & should be right up there with the parry/dex bug in terms of importance.
So any updates?

    Do you still have the BETA Version loaded on your device.

    Need to uninstall the Beta, and then re-install the actual Release Game Version.

    SP attacks were not working if you had the (parry/dex) Beta version.
