awaken dr doom?

is it worth it to use my mystic awakening gem on 4* dr doom, or should i wait and use it on another champ in the future?

He doesn't really need it but if you don't have Mystic Dispersion it might be nice since it gives him a power gain buff whenever he nullifies one from the opponent. However, with MD, I find that his power gain is pretty crazy as-is anyway. Although I haven't used awakened Doom so maybe there is a huge benefit that I'm not aware of.

It also gives you a chance to place a shock on the opponent every time you nullify a buff, but I'm not sure how useful that is. I guess it gives you more chances to passively stun the opponent but damage-wise they're pretty meh.
