And someone told me a 3 star mags can easily defeat ultron but
Will a 3 star r3 level 17 mags work?

    It might work, but I find Loki the cheesiest option. Do you have him as a 4 or 5 star or something? Heck, even a 3 star could do it (well many have already done it coz of the Loki Carina challenge, so check some of their vids and see how he works)

    Yes, yes he will. You would just have to play essentially flawless. Just parry, heavy until you get to SP3 and you should have at least 30 prowess.

    3* red magneto works but only if you have your parry-heavy skills are well developed, otherwise you'll die in 1 combo if you miss the initial party

    Also if only a 3* I highly recommend you use a 12% special damage boost from the loyalty store so this SP3 with prowess will do more damage
