Darkhawk unstoppable bug?

Fighting darkhawk when parry isn’t working is bad enough, 3 restarts in eq today what bs. But half the time I back off and steal the unstoppable, he’s still getting the effects of it when I attack him, logo is on my side and I’m unstoppable, he doesn’t get logo but he’s not getting pushed back by my attacks, anybody else? now someone’s probably going to tell me this is a normal aar interaction,
