Creeps and Crawlies aren't available

I've finished the Arena Event "Extra! Extra!", and have gathered 9,495 of the Creeps and Crawlies shards, but they don't show as an image in the awards claimed, and there is no option to spend them in "Special" crystals... though the option for "Grandmaster Heroes and Gods Crystal" are still an option, though that event has ended.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game, and the problem persists.

Please advise.
