Unable to throw specials

Can't throw specials at times ,fill a bar of power n it turn gray preventing from throwing sp1, 2 and 3.......anyone else experiencing this bug?

This is a node in eq this month, Hoping this is where it’s happening to
You and that it hasn’t leaked into rest of the game

See the nodes for the fight, if the nodes have nothing to do with the fight then this will be a huge bug. But it’s mostly because of the nodes of the fight

under your health bar is a passive healblock, taunt debuff, grey timer, and then that next symbol is a special lock. It is clearly described in the node.
