Doom or Scarlet Witch sigil

So I finally got a 5* mystic awakening gem, who should I use it on, Dr Doom or the new Scarlet Witch? Does doom really need to be awakened, as he seems pretty awesome without it?

@Rookiie faily rng reliant, and bad with suicides. Without suicides and with 3-4 MD, she is amazing. Her damage/degen is super solid, and she is very fun. Her dupe is nice to have but provides little value tbh. She is cool, but not better than Tigra, doom, sorc, dm, clair, etc

I have Claire but I don't run suicides, so she's alright
She doesn't see much time outside of EQ

Doom is still the best mystic champion.. if you don't use suicides.. but if you have suicides, Black Widow Claire Voyant would be solid choice.. if you are familiar with Doom cycle.. power steal, nullify, stagger.. armor break and shock immune.. if awaken can place shock debuff on opponents
