Spider-Man 2099 Debuff Pause Bug

While fighting with Spider-Man 2099 against the event quest Rogue boss, the rising sun node isn’t interacting correctly with his debuff pausing ability. He gains charges instead of furies on each hit and sometimes the charges don’t pause his debuffs. The two pictures are literally a second apart, and the physical vulnerability buff didn’t immediately pause even though I had debuff pause charges. Throughout the fight I noticed that even though I had charges all of his debuffs would randomly and slightly expire. This affected slow, wither, rupture, physical vulnerability, and exhaustion.
