Issues with Chat

Mostly during incursions, communication will fail to load in time or at all unless I restart the game. Messages I sent or are sent my way simply won't appear, making it hard to coordinate attacks. This also occurs in AW, AQ, Alliance Chat, personal chat and global, although with less frequency. Incursion partners have communicated the same issue.

Anyone else faces the same issue?
