Tier 4 class catalyst

If we were really supposed to be able to advance in the game we would be able to sell our tier 4 cc for tier 5 frags. We can sell every other catalyst for higher frags. Why not tier 4? I don't see how it's a problem. I want rank 3 6*s too. I would like to compete without having to shell out thousands or wait years to form a catalyst when I have tier 4 cc that's just going to expire smh

    Because at the end of the day tier 5 fragments are still very new in the game and they are a considerable source of income for the company so they're not going to give away potential revenue for at least another six months..
