Conflicting information given in terms of service and actions from KABAM regarding Red Credits

Let me say this first. I initiated a refund request for $40 through Apple that was granted. I’m guilty and admit it. Two conflicting pieces of information I’ve found while checking out to see if KABAM’S actions were on the level. As I said before the refund was for $40 though I was assessed a negative red credit balance of -75,939. For me to get even it’ll cost me $759.39. I was under the impression that I would be debited a negative balance equal to the amount of the refund I received. I discovered this from reading a response from KABAM here in this forum. As far as the Terms of Service are concerned it clearly says that all transactions and can actually be reversed with the disputed balance restored.
For them to first charge me almost 20 times the amount of my refund and then after going back and forth with support asking why I was being charged so much the only response I got back from them was an auto-generated response. I addressed the issue three times within a week with support and got an identical response each time telling me to reference the Terms of Service and that my case was closed. Well, I did that and it’s where I found that they do in fact restore account charges/negative red credit balanced.
I know that there isn’t anything the facilitators in here can’t do anything for me personally, but maybe they can explain why they only send out auto-generated responses on this subject. How come they say one thing in their support response (stating that there isn’t anything else that can be done and the case is closed) yet in here and in their Terms it says something entirely different.
