Currently 6.2.3! Rank up advice?

I've been playing this game since it was released 7 years ago. It's been an on and off, definitively toxic relationship and I've picked it back up a month ago for the first time in a year. I'm still cavalier after all this time... Any rank-up advice from legends and TBs out there? I know I've got a solid roster, but I've been hurting for gold and ISO for way too long. I know I have good rank up options, but am not sure what to do first.

Other than story content progress, I
• have done one path in labyrinth
• Have variant 3 and 6 complete, currently working v4.
• Have a skill and cosmic 5* gem

(Also, I know I have some doofuses ranked up. If you have to ask, the answer is because they were my first 5 stars and I didn't want to wait around for God tiers. Lol)

    Red Magneto will make many of the bosses easier. Definite worthy.
