I need Tips & Advice on Masteries

I am open for constructive critique and right now my main focus in the game is to set up a good mastery build that will benefit both

1. ALL my Champs regardless of their unique attributes and abilities. I am not building a suicide based mastery build, but rather a mixed build

2. My content exploration and completion, whether it's EQ or Act 6. I am not Cavalier (yet) but I am at 6.1.1 Included with Arena I am going to attach a build I made on AuntM.ai

    Looks like a very solid build.

    Make sure you have a robot for void (heal reversal)

    nick fury/shrug champ would work too

    I have Mole Man at 5* R3, looking to R4 him, Or Possibly Ghost, because of Fury transfer. I recently pulled Ghost but I don't know if I should take her further up until I have an AG. Ghost also heavily benefits from suicides which I am not really fond of, but maybe Ghost is still useful without suicides?
    Other than that thanks for your input and opinion, greatly appreciated :)

    That's a fine build. I don't see any real flaws. 1 point in assassin might be nice though. Helps you end fights quicker.
