U took points off my small accounts for doing the darkhawk 1 time

I did only 1 dark hawk fight on my main that was to many times my small accounts were punished along with it when they done nothing wrong

    Thanks you. 😊 but dont know how to do a ticket and i did nothing wrong.

    While in game tap the top of the screen the fights, invent thingy pops up tap the top left button it looks like a very broken wheel then look for the file a ticket. Goodluck


    Edit: may just be there without tapping anything when you load the game(not sure)

    I only did the Darkhawk fight once and did NOT have a point taken away, so I'm guessing you just don't recall doing it twice

    Ahhh thank u i just did my baby accounts again because ghost wasn't touched.i should have had 7 for them. but my other one should have had 9 but becase they took it away and i did them all on that one ghost was 100% on my slightly bigger one so now its 8 with no way of getting it back. so bumped off 25% its all good though i dont play them at the same rate as my newly tb account the one that should be taken away went from 13-12 so it wasnt an issue thanks for the help i never needed to do ticket before 😊🙏

    No i definitely did it only 1 time i did it twice by accedent on my main though. Its not a problem its only 25% t5cc i loose out on. and revives and units that i farmed so no big deal making me think im going crazy 🤪 it was a fun event regardless i had fun through it about the only fun piece of cantent thats dropped in game for ages in my opinion. Great work with that little number kabam hope more like S.O.P is to follow.

    Ouch i thought mine was bad good lord i becaseme tb during emma but only lost a point from 13-12 had it been any other fight id have got the 15 easy. But sorry to hear that stinger. But i feel this will have happened to a lot of people recently turned tb 😳

    Mine was cav hit all 9 and never miss counted or nothing im pretty sure on it, took a point off my account i never did dh on this account twice im 100% sure becase i struggled on dh and it actually cost me quite a bit to get through.

    Open a ticket. I presume support should be able to tell you exactly which fights you completed according to their records, and which objectives you did. They should add up to your point total. If they took a point away you should have earned, that should not be difficult for them to discover.
