Ghost bug following recent hotfix

Ghost seems to take recoil damage through phase even with hood synergy. Down below, I’ve provided a link to video footage of this happening to showcase the bug. Then again, maybe I’m mistiming my phases however I doubt that as I’ve been playing ghost for a little over a year now.
iPhone 11,ios 14.7.1
Connected to WiFi
Video was in Act 6.2.3 however this also happened in other quests also .

    U can’t phes fast enough anymore that’s why u can’t phes the recoil

    Hello kabam. Are you going to pay some attention on this issue?
    It’s a big deal! Ghost can’t phase recoil with hood on the team!
    Can you at least answer so we know about your plan?
