After months of hunting I finally got Professor X, and as a six star too! But in Seatin’s tier list it says that he needs to be awakened to be really good, is that true??? Because that would be a bummer, but I’m really happy either way

You should never solely base your opinions off of one man’s tier list.

He doesn’t need the sig to be good just slightly faster ramp up

Doesn't need sig. It's only slightly useful in stun immune matches/mathces where you can't heavy easily
