Red Mags bugged??

In Variant 6 his SP3 with 40 prowess is not hitting anywhere near normal damage on metallic bleed immune champs. Ultron took like 60k damage and Colossus was still standing after an SP3 with 41 prowess…??? Am I crazy or is something not working?
