Mythic shard compensation out?

I was wondering if mythic shard comp Is out, I've seen some screenshots of people with it but yh. If it's not out that's fine just wanna know if it is or isnt

Contacted support and still haven't got the shards back.
I just gave up after a while

I mean, you can go to the crystal tab and check how many shards you have. If 1000 then you received it and if less then you didn’t. What’s there to not be sure about?
